Security and Privacy

We value your privacy and will keep your payment details and personal information secure.  For this reason, we will never see, nor do we retain, any credit card information.  All credit card payments are encrypted and processed through our secure payment gateway and are used only for the transaction that you authorize. Your personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail are only used for Diaper Style business and will never be sold to anyone.

Payment

We are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, RMA as well as checks and money orders by mail.  Check/Money orders must be received with one week of order date, or your items will be returned to stock.  You will be sent by e-mail a shipping address for check/money orders soon after order is received.

Shipping Information

Currently, Diaper Style only ships to the United States, its territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.

If you live in the Phoenix/Mesa area, you are welcome to pick up your order at our Gilbert location.  When checking out, select "Local pick up" as your order option and we will let you know when your order is ready.  In most cases, your order can be ready for pickup the same day.  There are a few items that we don’t carry in-stock, but will be happy to order it and have it ready for pick-up, usually within a week. 

If you have provided an email address, you will receive a shipping notice when your order ships.  Packages are shipped Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays or other closures). 

Diaper Style makes every effort possible to ensure that your order is shipped complete and correct within 1-3 business days (business days are Monday-Saturday).  If there is a question or problem with your order, change in your order or have special requests, additional processing time may be required.  If there is a  problem with your order please notify us immediately.

All orders ship from our location in Gilbert, Arizona, zip code 85234. 

Defective Items

Most of our manufacturers offer limited-time warranties on workmanship and materials. If you have received a defective item, please let us know and we will tell you where to send the item for replacement or repair. Each manufacturer handles defective items differently,  some manufacturers require defective items to be sent directly to them, and some have us handle it here. Manufacturers' warranties are voided if the products were not cared for properly, with cloth diapering items, this includes the use of unapproved additives and/or washing procedures.

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are considered final 30 days after order date.  

  • You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date if the item was found to be defective. Items returned to us for any reason must be postmarked within 30 days of order date.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice, and you MUST obtain a return authorization/approval email before mail your return. How you choose to ship your return to us is up to you but we recommend they be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information and insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
  • If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement upon receipt of the returned item.  There will be a 10% re-stocking fee for any refund requested when paid by credit card or paypal.  We will waive the re-stocking fee if you choose store credit.
  •  If you believe that you have a defective item, please let us know. Every manufacturer has different procedures for processing defective items, with some requiring the item be sent directly to them. We will help you with this process.
  • Shipping fees are not refunded or credited.

Canceled orders that require a refund will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee- no exceptions.  Orders may be canceled as long as they have not yet shipped. Please contact us ASAP with your cancellation request, order number, and reason for the cancellation.  We will promptly refund your payment, minus a 10% restocking fee. We will waive the restocking fee if you would like to cancel your order, but keep your payment as a store credit to be used on a future purchase.

***Please keep in mind that this is a work-at-home-mom run business.  All orders are packed and shipped with care by hand and as quickly as possible.  Drop-shipping of some items can be expected, but in most cases will not delay or affect your order in any way except for the fact that you may receive your order in more than one package.
